Preliminary data collection and mapping successful

SP Data, in collaboration with SP TOPOI, generated initial tests on data collection and visualization techniques. Wikidata was exploited to enrich regional entities, e.g. transportation routes or PoIs with additional structured data, where an initial visualization can be found online. This initial test can be accessed via: http://wiese.free.fr/EC_wikidata.html. In order to facilitate retrieval and interpretation of obtained data, moving forward in the project, systems for creating a unified database between the different SP’s will be created.
