EAST-CITIES: Data Gathering, Analysis, and Integration

This paper presents methodological approaches utilized by the EAST-CITIES team to generate data which may not be publicly available, alternative data, and methods of data aggregation such as (1) spectral analysis, (2) image classification, and (3) edge detection, which were applied and successfully tested in the EAST-CITIES project.
